Functie
The IT Business Partner works closely with her/his stakeholders across the departments to identify, analyze and document the business requirements. The IT Business Partner translates these requests into technical specifications and oversees the delivery of the IT solutions, in order to ensure that they are aligned with the business goals.
**Her/his responsibility is to**:
Work with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements, and contribute to the design of the solution
Develop business cases, requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and other related artifacts to support the solution development process
Conduct gap analysis between current and future state systems and processes, and recommend solutions
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to identify the technical and operational feasibility of proposed solutions
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
Provide support to business during the full software lifecycle
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and other IT teams

**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related
At least 3 years’ experience within an IT environement
Proficient knowledge of English and Dutch or French
Knowledge/experience of IT Technologies in the area of Cloud (AWS, Azure, SecDevOps)
Knowledge/experience of Agile/Scrum project methodology
Knowledge of Data Analytics /BI
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and critical thinking
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
