Wil jij de spil zijn in het kredietaanvraagproces bij een toonaangevende Belgische Bank? Als New Production Officer beheer je nieuwe kredietaanvragen en zorg je voor een vlotte afhandeling. We zoeken iemand met mínimaal een middelbare schoolopleiding, uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (en bij voorkeur ook Frans), en die per direct beschikbaar is. **Description**
Als Dossierbeheerder Nieuwe Productie zijn dit je voornaamste taken:
- Je zorgt voor de opmaak van akkoordbrieven voor professionele en hypothecaire kredieten in lijn met de kredietbeslissing en je zorgt ervoor dat alle gevraagde waarborgen en voorwaarden erin opgenomen zijn
- Je zorgt samen met de notaris van de klant voor de volledige voorbereiding van de kredietaktes en je doet tijdig de betalingen
- Je staat in voor het vestigen van allerhande soorten waarborgen (hypotheek, mandaat, inschrijving handelszaak, borgstelling,) en je zorgt ervoor dat deze correct opgenomen worden in ons GARWEB-systeem
- Je volgt elk van je dossiers op van A tot Z: van opmaak van akkoordbrief tot de eerste beschikbaarstelling van het krediet zodat onze interne rekening snel en correct kan gereconcilieerd worden
- Je onderhoudt een nauw contact met het commercieel netwerk en notariskantoren, met het oog op een vlotte, correcte en kwalitatieve verwerking van kredietaanvragen
- Je deelt je ervaring en ideeën zodat we samen kunnen werken aan de verbetering van de kredietprocessen en -procedures om de efficiëntie van de dienstverlening aan interne en externe klanten te optimaliseren.

- Min. Middelbare school
- uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (ook geschreven), en bij voorkeur ook een goede kennis van het Frans
