Ø **Jobomschrijving**:
Als toegewijd shopmanager ben je verantwoordelijke voor het commerciële resultaat van de vestiging. Natuurlijk blink je uit in verkoop en het verlenen van service. Je bent actief bezig met het analyseren van de verkoopresultaten en je streeft continue naar verbetering. Als een van de gezichten van Armani Outlet bevindt jouw rol zich op de voorgrond van de winkel. Hier creëer je samen met je team een unieke winkelervaring voor de consument. Het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met klanten is essentieel.
Klanten shoppen graag bij jou en je team. Ze komen naar jullie toe met vragen wensen betreffende mode, tips en persoonlijk advies. Belangrijk is dat je als shopmanager je team kan motiveren en begeleiden in hun werkzaamheden en verkoopactiviteiten. Dit alles bereik je door je energieke, positieve en dynamische persoonlijkheid. Het bewerkstellen van een unieke winkelervaring, omgaan met klanten op persoonlijk gebied en het aansturen van een team houdt in dat je waarden als discipline respect, integriteit hoog in het vaandel hebt staan.
Ø **Takenpakket**:
- Inwerken, opleiden en motiveren van medewerkers en tijdig signalen doorgeven van eventuele problemen of obstakels.
- Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte einde dag procedure, kassa afsluiting en het opsporen van eventuele kasverschillen.
- Klantencontacten (informeren, adviseren, verkoop, retouren en klachtenafdeling)
- Bijhouden van een accuraat en tot op de dag bijgewerkte filiaaladministratie.
- Zorg dragen voor een te allen tijde up-to-date verzorgde winkel.
- Wekelijks overleg met de commercieel manager om huidige en toekomstige ontwikkelingen, acties en verbetermogelijkheden te bespreken.
Ø **Profiel**
Je bent een toegankelijk, enthousiast en positief ingesteld persoon. Iemand die zelfstandig, initiatiefrijk en resultaatgericht kan functioneren. Een harde werken met een ‘will do, can do’ instelling en zeker geen 9 - 5 mentaliteit. Je kan commercieel en analytisch denken en dit ook in de praktijk toepassen. Uiteraard heb je een grote affiniteit met mode en luxeproducten. Je bent een teamplayer die open, eerlijk discreet en respectvol communiceert naar de klant, collega’s en leidinggevenden.
