PRODUCTION LEAD

Als Production Lead geven we je de verantwoordelijkheid om te werken aan de gezondheid & veiligheid van de operatoren op onze locatie in Puurs. Hier zorg je voor een efficiënte productie en bewaak je de kwantiteit & kwaliteit van de geproduceerde Custom Paks.
In deze voorbeeldfunctie toon je bovendien een matuur en objectief invoelvermogen met een correcte assertiviteit. Je hebt aandacht voor de problemen van jouw teamleden en toch kan je je gevoelens beheersen en soms minder prettige boodschappen op een menselijke, to-the-point en professionele wijze overbrengen. Tot slot stel je als productieleider een constructieve werksfeer voorop, zorg je voor stabiliteit op de werkvloer en bovenal ben je een begeesterd peoplemanager die samen met jouw team voor die extra mile gaat.
In deze functie zal een normale dag uit het volgende bestaan:
- Je staat in voor de aansturing, opleiding, coaching, evaluatie en ontwikkeling van een team van een 140-tal productiemedewerkers en lijnverantwoordelijken.
- Je volgt de productie
- en personeelsplanning op en past deze aan waar nodig.
- Je volgt mee productiecijfers op vlak van rendement, volumes, kwaliteit.
- Je superviseert het kwaliteitsgebeuren en tracht met jouw team de vooropgestelde targets te behalen.
- Je hebt inzicht in het productieproces waardoor je productiestoringen juist kan inschatten en efficiënt oplost.
- Je denkt mee na over mogelijke verbeteringen in het productieproces en zet je schouders onder de verdere uitwerking ervan.
- Je overlegt vlot met je collega’s productieleiders en met de Plant Manager.
- Je zorgt dat de veiligheidsinstructies en procedures op de werkvloer gekend zijn en nageleefd worden.
WAT JIJ AAN ALCON TOEVOEGT
- Master diploma en/of je kan aantoonbare ervaring voorleggen als productieverantwoordelijke.
- Goede kennis Nederlands - Engels
- Je bent sociaal, empathisch en werkt graag samen met je collega’s.
- Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent straight forward en durft ‘neen’ te zeggen.
- Je voelt je thuis in een (soms hectische) clean room productieomgeving.
- Je hebt een ondernemende, mature en temperamentvolle persoonlijkheid.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, oplossingsgericht en gebeten om processen continu te verbeteren.
- Je bent zelfstandig, leergierig en hebt de ambitie om door te groeien.
- Je bent flexibel om in een 2 ploegen systeem te werken (vroege en late ploeg)
