Als Application Consultant voor Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol opleveren van ERP-projecten bij klanten, meer specifiek voor bedrijven die actief zijn in diverse sectoren.
**Je belangrijkste taken zijn**:
het geven van productdemo’s, workshops en opleidingen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
het analyseren van klantprocessen en deze vertalen naar de correcte softwareoplossing;
het uitschrijven van functionele analyses en technische ontwerpen;
het implementeren en configureren van de Microsoft Dynamics-omgeving;
het begeleiden van klanten bij de go-live en het bieden van ondersteuning en nazorg, zowel telefonisch als ter plaatse bij de klant.
Je maakt deel uit van een team van ervaren Application Consultants en werkt tevens nauw samen met de Microsoft Dynamics Solution Developers die op basis van jouw analyse en functioneel design, de oplossing technisch gaan ontwikkelen. Je bent sterk gemotiveerd om jonge collega’s te coachen en je kennis te delen.

Heb jij de juiste kwaliteiten en talenten?
Een Application Consultant voor Microsoft Dynamics moet op een heel klantgerichte en kwalitatieve manier kunnen werken en communiceren. Je begrijpt zeer goed de businessprocessen van een klant en kan deze vlot vertalen naar een werkbare oplossing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Je werkt sterk analytisch, streeft naar een maximaal resultaat en stelt steeds de vraag van de klant voorop. Je kan autonoom een project uitvoeren, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega’s en je bent het aanspreekpunt bij de klant. Elke dag en elke klant biedt jou een nieuwe uitdaging waarmee je gemotiveerd en gedreven aan de slag gaat.
Naast bovenstaande eigenschappen herken je je maximaal in onderstaande basisvereisten:
een relevante opleiding van hoger niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
mínimaal 5 jaar functionele en technische kennis en/of ervaring in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
relevante ervaring als analist, pre-sales consultant of business consultant;
actuele kennis van de verschillende projectfases in een implementatieproject;
voldoende vertrouwd met aanverwante toepassingen zoals CRM, ECM, BI,;
sterk communicatief, zowel verbaal als redactioneel;
gedreven om door automatisering de processen bij onze klanten te optimaliseren en verbeteren;
perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands alsook een grondige kennis van het Engels (kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt);
een rijbewijs en bereid om regelmatig verplaatsingen naar klanten te maken (we zoeken meerdere consultants voor onze vestiging te Gent als voor onze vestiging te Oevel).
