Bij nexuzhealth zoeken we een dynamische Security Officer die zich inzet voor het coördineren van preventieve maatregelen en het efficiënt reageren op incidenten. Als Security Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van maatregelen en het voorkomen van problemen, terwijl je ook rust weet te bewaren in stressvolle situaties en proactief bijdraagt aan het verminderen van risico's. We bieden je flexibiliteit, inclusief de mogelijkheid om op verschillende locaties te werken, waaronder thuis, zodat je jouw ideale werkomgeving kunt creëren. Voor bepaalde meetings is aanwezigheid in onze kantoren UZ Leuven en Hasselt vereist. Stap aan boord bij nexuzhealth en laten we de toekomst van de gezondheidszorg vormgeven, samen #LI-RP1
- Je maakt deel uit van een team dat werkt rond security en vormt een belangrijke schakel in nexuzhealth cyberveilig houden.
- Je ondersteunt de nexuzhealth-teams bij de dagelijkse operationele veiligheidsactiviteiten door de risico’s op te volgen en advies te geven inzake beveiliging.
- Je analyseert verschillende vragen uit de hele organisatie en adviseert over verzachtende en/of compenserende maatregelen en verbeteringen.
- Je bouwt mee aan het Information Security Management System (beveiligingsbeleid) van nexuzhealth.
- Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter de voortdurende ontwikkeling van onze beveiligingsprocessen.
- Je weet risico's adequaat te begrijpen. Je signaleert, analyseert en volgt informatiebeveiligingsrisico's op.
- Je bent een klankbord binnen nexuzhealth en draagt actief bij aan het corporate security bewustzijn (overbrengen van visie, ondersteuning, advies) aan projectteams, engineering en management.
- Je volgt interne veiligheidsincidenten op en zorgt ervoor dat een passende opvolging gewaarborgd is.
- Je staat open voor het verkennen van en deelnemen aan een breed scala aan beveiligingsprojecten op basis van jouw vaardigheden en interesses.
- Je geeft security-introductietrainingen aan nieuwe medewerkers.
- Je werkt nauw samen met en rapporteert aan de CISO.

- Je beschikt over een bachelor/masterdiploma in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een pragmatische, bedrijfsgerichte en probleemoplossende mentaliteit.
- Je hebt een analytische hands-on en proactieve houding.
- Je hebt een 'can-do'-mentaliteit en bent flexibel om tegemoet te komen aan verschillende klanten, technologieën en diensten.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden.
- Je bent in staat om te communiceren met verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie (bv. CISO, directieleden, engineering teams, architecten,maar ook minder technische collega’s).
- Kennis van security frameworks zoals NIST of ISO27001 zijn een plus.
- Afhankelijk van waar je woont, kun je op onze kantoren werken in combinatie met thuiswerken (voorkeur voor UZ Leuven & Corda).
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
