Wie zoeken we:
De Advanced Purchasing Specialist vertegenwoordigt inkoop als lid van een crossfunctioneel platformteam dat belast is met de ontwikkeling van de volgende geweldige producten van CNH Industrial. Deze functie is verantwoordelijk voor de samenwerking met leveranciers en engineering om componenten van concept tot productie te ontwikkelen.

Uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Beheert alle inkoopactiviteiten voor meerdere, gelijktijdige nieuwe productontwikkelingsprogramma’s.
- Creëert, voorspelt en voert inkoop
- en gereedschapsplannen uit om ervoor te zorgen dat de productlancering voldoet aan alle programma doelstellingen voor kwaliteit, timing en kosten.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van gekochte onderdelen om ervoor te zorgen dat de programma’s voldoen aan de doelstellingen voor de brutomarge. - Verhoogt de waarde van leveranciers door middel van O&O, co-ontwerp en innovatie. - Heeft beslissingsbevoegdheid over alle inkoopbeslissingen voor nieuwe producten.
- Houdt leveranciers onafhankelijk verantwoordelijk voor toezeggingen en projectprestaties en neemt de juiste stappen om indien nodig te escaleren.
- Beheert de onderhandelingen en implementatie van alle technische wijzigingen.
- Beheert de bestelling van prototypes (RFQ, onderhandeling, bestelling, levering bespoedigen).

Profiel

Uw belangrijkste competenties en kwalificaties:

- Bachelordiploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management of aanverwant.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in inkoop, projectmanagement of vergelijkbaar.
- Ervaring in de productie of aankoop van componenten en subsystemen, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving.
- Werkende kennis van productontwikkelingsmethodologie (APQP of vergelijkbaar).
- Een hoog niveau van projectmanagementvaardigheden, met het vermogen om alle deliverables voor de gehele ontwikkelingscyclus in kaart te brengen om de doelstellingen voor productlancering te halen.
- Gevorderde kennis van Microsoft Office.
- Vermogen om invloed uit te oefenen via indirecte autoriteit.
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en verbale communicatievaardigheden. In staat om complexe problemen te begrijpen en uit te leggen aan anderen.
- Gevorderde kennis van Microsoft Office. - Goed zelfstandig en in teamverband kunnen werken.
- Nice-to-haves: - Vloeiend in het Engels, kennis van het Italiaans is niet verplicht maar wel nuttig.
- Beschikbaar om te reizen (max 10% van de tijd).

- Het budget van een organisatie bepalen en opvolgen
- Het strategisch beleid van een organisatie bepalen of helpen bepalen (investeringen, uitrustingen, specialisatie,...)
- De modaliteiten voor de opvolging van de leveranciers zodanig opstellen dat ontwikkeltrajecten kunnen worden voorgesteld
- Streefcijfers van de aankopen bepalen en opvolgen
De resultaten analyseren en het beleid bijsturen
- Toezicht houden op de selectie van leveranciers en het toewijzen van opdrachten
- Een standaardlastenboek, een standaardcontract, een referentiecatalogus,... uitwerken
Technische ondersteuning bieden aan de aankoopdienst
