**Clinical Development Specialist - ortho**
Als Clinical Development Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en aanbieden van educatieve programma's aan klinisch personeel, zodat onze producten succesvol geïmplementeerd en gebruikt worden. Je werkt samen met diverse teams om de behoeften van middelgrote regionale klanten te identificeren en trainingsprogramma's te ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij hun klinische doelstellingen. Ook zul je kansen voor up
- en cross-selling van onze producten identificeren als onderdeel van het trainingsproces en accountplannen ontwikkelen om groei te stimuleren.
- En tant que Clinical Development Specialist, vous êtes responsable de développer et de proposer des programmes éducatifs au personnel clinique afin de garantir la mise en œuvre et l’utilisation efficaces de nos produits. _Vous collaborez avec différentes équipes pour identifier les besoins des clients régionaux de taille moyenne et pour développer des programmes de formation adaptés à leurs objectifs cliniques. Vous identifiez également les opportunités d’up-selling et de cross-selling de nos produits dans le cadre du processus de formation et élaborez des plans de compte pour stimuler la croissance. _
**Verantwoordelijkheden / Responsabilités**
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klinische educatie en het meest geschikte aanbod selecteren om aan de behoeften van de klant te voldoen
- Salesprofessionals ondersteunen tijdens en na hun verkoopproces door educatieve programma's te bieden aan clinici, verpleegkundigen en artsen in lijn met accountplannen en klantafspraken;
- Betrokken en boeiende presentaties, trainingen en educatieve programma's geven in verschillende omgevingen, gericht op zowel kleine als grote groepen met verschillende niveaus van klinische kennis, zowel virtueel als persoonlijk;
- Het educatieve portfolio van Essity aansteken, vraag genereren en kansen voor up-selling en cross-selling bij middelgrote regionale klanten identificeren;
- Actief aanwezig zijn in het veld om verbindingen te leggen, te netwerken en nieuwe inzichten en kansen te ontdekken;
- Diepgaande kennis hebben van het productportfolio en de uitkomsten voor patiënten;
- Samen met klanten oplossingen creëren en de impact van producten op patiënten begrijpen, gericht op het vinden van het juiste product voor de juiste patiënt;
- Middelgrote regionale klanten bijstaan met vragen en technische ondersteuning over het gebruik van de producten.
- _Servir de point de contact pour l'éducation clinique et sélectionner l'offre la plus appropriée pour répondre aux besoins du client. _
- _Soutenir les professionnels de la vente pendant et après leur processus de vente en proposant des programmes éducatifs aux cliniciens, infirmiers et médecins, conformément aux plans de compte et aux accords clients. _
- _Donner des présentations, des formations et des programmes éducatifs captivants et engageants dans divers environnements, destinés à des groupes petits et grands de différents niveaux de connaissances cliniques, en présentiel et en virtuel. _
- _Développer le portefeuille éducatif d’Essity, générer de la demande et identifier des opportunités d'up-selling et de cross-selling auprès de clients régionaux de taille moyenne. _
- _Être activement présent sur le terrain pour créer des liens, développer son réseau, et découvrir de nouvelles perspectives et opportunités. _
- _Avoir une connaissance approfondie du portefeuille de produits et des résultats pour les patients. _
- _Co-créer des solutions avec les clients pour comprendre l'impact des produits sur les patients, et viser à trouver le bon produit pour le bon patient. _
- _Assister les clients régionaux de taille moyenne avec des questions et un support technique concernant l'utilisation des produits. _

- _Minimum un diplôme de bachelor avec une formation paramédicale; _
- _Maîtrise du français, du néerlandais et de l'anglais; _

- _Social et véritable joueur d'équipe; _
- _Solides compétences analytiques; _
- _Excellentes compétences en communication; _
- _Capable de planifier, d'organiser et de définir des priorités. _
