Het CIBG is het Centrum voor Informatica voor het Brusselse Gewest. Als koploper van de informatisering binnen het gewest loodsen we Brussel langs de uitdagingen van het digitale tijdperk.
We werken permanent mee aan **een duurzame, sociaal verantwoorde en economisch bloeiende omgeving **voor alle Brusselaars. Een gewest dat steunt op het bundelen van hoogtechnologische infrastructuren en ICT-platformen en -diensten.
Maar onze belangrijkste resource blijft menselijk kapitaal.
Ons team bestaat uit meer dan **500 enthousiaste medewerkers** met wie je zult samenwerken in hartje Brussel. Bij het CIBG dragen we klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel, dus **oplossingsgericht** zijn is een must. **Jouw functie**:
Als Microsoft 365 Architect help je klanten bij het plannen en stimuleren van de overschakeling op Microsoft 365 en Modern Workplace technologieën.
Als echte allrounder sta je in voor:
- Onderzoek, ontwikkeling en implementatie van Microsoft 365-oplossingen, met name via het leveren van proofs of concept.
- Ontwerpen, plannen en uitvoeren van migraties naar Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Skype en Teams).
- Ontwerpen en plannen van identiteitsbeheer (ADFS, Azure,...) en directorysynchronisatie.
- Zelfstandig en in real time problemen analyseren, oplossen en corrigeren, met garantie op een end-to-end oplossing van problemen.
- Met verschillende interne stakeholders samenwerken om de functionaliteit en de gebruikerservaring van Microsoft 365 te optimaliseren.
- Op de hoogte blijven van de (nieuwste) functies en mogelijkheden van Microsoft 365 (beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid, prestaties, monitoring, back-up en beveiliging).
- Technische besprekingen voeren met klanten om beslissingen en implementering te sturen.
- Deelnemen aan conformiteits
- en veiligheidsbeoordelingen, indien nodig.
- Klanten opleiden in tools en adviseren over best practices.
**Jouw opleiding en ervaring**:
- Master
- of bachelordiploma in informatica of gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het beheer van grote hybride Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure AD) en Exchange omgevingen.
- Grondige kennis van Microsoft 365 ondersteunende technologieën (Active Directory, DirSync, ADFS, Azure AD) en voorwaardelijk toegangsbeleid.
- Ruime ervaring met PowerShell en scripting ter ondersteuning van het beheer en de automatisering van AD en Microsoft 365 technologieën.
- Praktische kennis van SMTP routing, AD/LDAP, DNS, mail routing, Exchange en SMTP troubleshooting en patch management.
**Jouw competenties**:
- Vermogen om complexe problemen te visualiseren, te verwoorden en op te lossen.
- Groot organisatietalent en veel aandacht voor details.
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden, vermogen om je aan je gesprekspartner aan te passen.
- Teamspeler.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans is vereist. Goede kennis van de andere landstaal is een pluspunt.
