En tant que Service Manager - Digital Workplace & Services Desk Services, vous gérez tous les services ICT associés à ce domaine spécifique. Vous en assumez la responsabilité intégrale, aussi bien pour ce qui concerne le run opérationnel que le changement. Vous garantissez ainsi une prestation de services maximale et de qualité, et ce avec un impact direct sur la réalisation de la stratégie de BAC, l’opérationnalité de de l’aéroport, la prestation de services et/ou les résultats commerciaux de BAC.
Cette fonction fait partie du département Generic ICT, qui englobe tous les services IT nécessaires au bon fonctionnement d’une organisation mais non spécifiques au secteur aéroportuaire. Elle se concentre plus spécifiquement sur le Digital Workplace & Services Desk.
En tant que Service Manager - Digital Workplace & Services Desk Services, vous rapportez directement au Head of Generic ICT et vos principales responsabilités sont:
- Création et entretien de contacts avec les clients, dans le respect d’accords clairs
- Suivi des évolutions externes du marché mais aussi internes en vue d’identifier de possibles améliorations du run
- Gestion de l’intégralité du budget de run du service concerné
- Amélioration continue de la qualité du _service desk_ et du _digital workplace_.
Implémentation de la stratégie : gestion de la feuille de route et du changement
- Élaboration de la feuille de route pour le service : la vision stratégique, l’évolution du portfolio de services, les indices de référence et nouvelles opportunités, le budget (_run and change_) et le plan de projet pour les 2 à 4 années à venir, en concertation avec les business line owners impliqués
- Implémentation de la feuille de route par la mise en place, la délégation et le suivi d’initiatives et de projets
Management et leadership, _people management_
- Motiver, piloter et diriger des équipes de service, produit et projet : du plus haut niveau de direction au terrain. Une communication claire et motivante au quotidien est de la plus haute importance à cet égard
- _Account management_ pour votre service, à l’attention des parties concernées (Mancom)
- Gestion et suivi des structures de gouvernance : comités directeurs avec la direction et les cadres, équipes de projet avec différents groupes de travail (multi-départementaux et multi-entreprises), différents fournisseurs et le fournisseur de service
- Soutien des groupes d’utilisateurs : avec des représentants de différentes unités commerciales et différentes entreprises.
Votre passeport
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un master ou témoignez d’une expérience équivalente
- Vous avez au moins 10 ans d’expérience pertinente et avez fait vos preuves en matière de résultats et de personnel
- Expérience en produits et services IT au sens large
- expérience en _digital workplace_ / _service desk management_
- Vous associez une vision stratégique à un grand dynamisme en vue d’obtenir des résultats et possédez également des compétences pratiques
- Vous êtes un(e) _people manager_ passionné(e) et un agent du changement
- Vous avez des talents d’organisation, le sens de l’efficacité et un fort esprit analytique
- Vous êtes orienté(e) clients, diplomate et disposez de fortes aptitudes de négociation
- Vous communiquez couramment en français, néerlandais et anglais
