Het Universitair Medisch Centrum Sint-Pieter, een openbaar universitair ziekenhuis en lid van het lokale en regionale netwerk CHORUS, is op zoek naar hun toekomstige Manager Human Resources.

Het UMC Sint-Pieter heeft een breed aanbod van ziekenhuisdiensten met twee sites in het hart van Brussel: de site Hallepoort en de site Alexiens. Een traditie van zorg en eeuwenoude wortels in het hart van de stad maken van het UMC Sint-Pieter een referentieziekenhuis, toegankelijk voor alle Brusselaars.

Het UMC Sint-Pieter heeft verschillende supraregionale referentiecentra: een nationaal referentiecentrum voor zeer besmettelijke infectieziekten, een van de grootste en meest efficiënte spoedgevallendiensten van het land, geavanceerde interventionele cardiologie en hartchirurgie, en een centrum gespecialiseerd in de opvolging van risicovolle zwangerschappen en medisch begeleide voortplanting, een grote afdeling geriatrie en revalidatie met de enige specifieke dienst psychogeriatrie in het Brusselse gewest, een hoogontwikkeld kankercentrum gespecialiseerd in de behandeling van zeldzame 'hoofd
- en halstumoren', een toonaangevende dienst chirurgische en medische oogheelkunde in Brussel, enz.

- 2.200 vte's, waaronder 360 artsen en 1.120 verpleegkundigen en paramedici

- 3.000 geboorten per jaar

Het UMC Sint-Pieter is een smeltkroes van onderzoek en een opleidingscentrum voor gezondheidsberoepen. In samenwerking met Franstalige en Nederlandstalige medische faculteiten en instellingen voor hoger onderwijs biedt het onderdak aan een aantal postgraduaatsprogramma's voor gespecialiseerde artsen en een groot aantal stages voor verpleegkundigen, vroedvrouwen en paramedici.

**Functie**:
Als lid van het Directiecomité bent u verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch en operationeel beheer van de afdeling Human Resources van het UMC Sint-Pieter. Uw belangrijkste taak is het ontwerpen, implementeren en begeleiden van alle HR-activiteiten in ons ziekenhuis. U zorgt ervoor dat HR-beleid, -praktijken en -processen zijn afgestemd op de strategische doelstellingen van onze instelling en u bevordert tegelijkertijd een inclusieve en respectvolle werkomgeving. U zorgt ervoor dat het ziekenhuis gepositioneerd wordt als een kwaliteitswerkgever in de Brusselse gezondheidssector door middel van innovatief retentie
- en carrièremanagement.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden zijn dus:

- Het ontwerpen en implementeren van een innovatief HR-beleid in lijn met de missie, waarden en strategische prioriteiten van het ziekenhuis.
- Een deskundige en actieve partner zijn in het Directiecomité, ondersteuning bieden voor prestatiemanagement en leiderschapsontwikkeling.
- Toezicht houden op alle HR-processen en -projecten (HR-digitalisering, HR-analytics, IFIC, HR IT, enz.) met behulp van dashboards en het bewaken van belangrijke indicatoren.
- HR-behoeften beoordelen en de implementatie van relevante programma's coördineren.
- HR-prestatie-indicatoren binnen de teams monitoren en verbeteracties voorstellen.
- Constructieve relaties opbouwen met de sociale partners.
- Op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste HR-ontwikkelingen en -trends en een cultuur van continue verbetering en actualisering van de werkwijzen binnen de HR-afdeling stimuleren
- Het imago en de aantrekkelijkheid van ons ziekenhuis promoten binnen verschillende externe netwerken.

U staat aan het hoofd van de gehele afdeling Human Resources, bestaande uit de volgende teams:

- Payroll;
- Medisch HR;
- Administratie;
- Aanwerving en Opleiding;
- Project & ontwikkeling.

**Profiel**:
**Toelatingsvoorwaarden**
- U heeft een masterdiploma (van een universiteit);
- U heeft minstens 10 jaar ervaring in HR-management;
- Het is vereist dat u kennis heeft van arbeidswetgeving en HR-regelgeving;
- U heeft vaardigheden in strategisch personeelsmanagement, change management, HR-data-analyse en HR-managementsystemen worden verwacht;
- Als u ervaring heeft in een ziekenhuisomgeving en/of een opleiding in een ziekenhuis is dat een troef;
- U voldoet aan de wettelijke voorwaarden inzake tweetaligheid;
- U bent geslaagd voor het promotie-examen of voor het selectie-examen.
