Als Product Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van nieuwe en het updaten van bestaande producten. Je gaat proactief op zoek en identificeert nieuwe business opportuniteiten op de markt. Je zorgt dat onze producten in overeenstemming zijn met de wetgeving en marktomstandigheden, alsook voor de correcte interne verwerking (algemene voorwaarden, proceswijzingen ).

**Doe de check?**
Je hebt een Master in Economische Wetenschappen, Handelsingenieur, Rechten of gelijkwaardige opleidingen? Check Een ruime ervaring in Employee Benefits en idealiter in arbeidsongeschiktheid en medische kosten? Check Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en/of Frans, met een goede kennis van de andere taal? Check Kennis van het Engels is een plus. Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden en mensen beschrijven jou als creatief, oplossings

**We rekenen op jou voor de volgende taken**:
- Je ontwikkelt nieuwe oplossingen en producten om onze ambitieuze doelstellingen te halen.
- Je werkt actief aan het uniformiseren, standaardiseren en optimaliseren van ons aanbod, voornamelijk voor onze KMO segment.
- Je zorgt dat de commerciële initiatieven worden vertaald naar praktische oplossingen binnen de organisatie.
- Je volgt wet-, regelgeving en andere marktontwikkelingen die een invloed hebben op jouw productdomein.
- Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen van Assuralia (ad hoc werkgroepen) in verband met Gezondheid.
- Je staat in voor de compliance van de nieuwe en bestaande producten met de wetgeving (in samenwerking met de juridische dienst).
- Je stelt nieuwe ideeën, initiatieven of productwijzingen voor en daagt deze uit opwinstgevendheid en haalbaarheid.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de interne en externe contacten met verschillende stakeholders (zoals Operations, Actuariaat, Sales, Market Management, herverzekeraars, ).
- Je draagt bij tot het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening en verschillende rapporteringen.
- Voor specifieke projecten vertegenwoordig je Allianz bij Assuralia.
