Aminolabs is op zoek naar een ervaren en enthousiaste Product Manager om ons team te versterken.
Als Product Manager ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de groei van onze business door het optimaal ondersteunen en tot realisatie brengen van nieuwe producten en wijzigingen aan bestaande producten op vraag van de klant of intern. Elke vraag van de klant beschouw je als een project dat van A tot Z door jou gemanaged wordt. Hierbij begeleid je het volledige proces, van vraag tot ontwerp, testing, productie en aflevering van het product en werk je nauw samen met andere departementen, zoals sales, R&D, supply chain, QA en productie. Je bewaart ten allen tijden het overzicht over het proces en staat paraat voor vragen of eventuele klachten van de klant.
Kan jij je mannetje staan, heb je interesse in de markt van sport
- en gezondheidsvoeding, heb je ervaring met beheer van projecten en heb je zeer sterke communicatie skills dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken
Onze ideale kandidaat heeft het volgend profiel:
- Je bent een Bachelor of Master met ervaring in projectmanagement in een industriële /productieomgeving.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van:
- Grondstoffen, formuleringen en bijbehorende wetgeving van voedingssupplementen en sportvoeding is een plus.
- Productontwikkeling-, suplly chain-, en productieprocessen
- Verschillende types verpakkingen
- Je communiceert open en vloeiend in het Nederlands en in het Engels. Kennis van Frans en Duits is altijd mooi meegenomen.
- Je bent stressbestendig, resultaatgericht en service-mindend.
- Je hebt een hands-on & down-to-earth mentaliteit.
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht.
