Tasks

You are interested in digital marketing and are looking to take a year off Uni to get some experience to boost your CV. You will be owning a variety of tasks and projects from content development to competitive research, customer segmentation and data analysis, and integrated marketing campaigns.

You are resourceful, creative, driven and are interested to build digital marketing campaigns that will get the max ROI from marketing spend.
You geek out on social metrics, reporting and numbers In this role you will learn how to use data to optimize campaigns on all channels and develop ideas that make the campaigns perform and hit the targets set.
Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
Assist in the management of website SEO.
Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives, online & events.

**Requirements**:
You are currently enrolled in university completing a bachelors or masters in Marketing or business management.

Applied understanding of marketing principles
Familiarity with social media platforms
Creative problem-solving skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently, fun and driven
Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills English & Dutch.
Understanding of SEO
Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills

You become comfortable with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot.
You will learn how to create content, improve the company’s positioning on the internet
Being part of the International Marketing Communications team, you will have the opportunity to work with experts from all over the world.
