**Wat ga je doen**:
De Sales Coordinator maakt deel uit van het solution development team (sales support georiënteerd) voor de divisie Building Management Systems en rapporteert aan de Solution Development Manager. In deze rol ben je een belangrijke spil voor het sales team met diverse administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen van klanten worden opgevolgd, het opvolgen van aanbiedingen, het boeken van opdrachten en het versturen van opdrachtbevestigingen.

Daarnaast het beheren van de klanten database en het vervaardigen van sales dashboards vanuit het CRM-systeem.

Ook heb je regelmatig intern contact met de afdelingen Installations, Service en Marketing.

**Hoe ga je het doen**:
Als Sales Coordinator heb je het vermogen om zaken te organiseren en beheren met in het middel punt de klant. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen proces en er wordt verwacht alle benodigde informatie binnen de deadlines te verzamelen. Verantwoordelijkheden van je rol omvatten, maar zijn niet alleen beperkt tot:

- Gebruik Sales Force, Oracle, MS Office 365
- Plannen van pre-bid, bid, projectevaluatie vergaderingen
- Samenwerking met het sales-, installation-, en serviceteam om de wensen/eisen van de klant te doorgronden
- Ondersteuning van het sales team met o.a. telefonisch opvolgen van uitgebrachte offertes
- Bewaken en ondersteunen van het sales proces
- Actueel houden van klantendatabase, status van leads en opportunity’s

Jouw energie, communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden en gestructureerde manier van werken voegen veel toe aan deze omgeving.

- Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Is bekend met MS-Office 365; SalesForce is een pré
