Menarini recrute un (M/F) BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER (full-time) pour son département Pharma, situé à 1831 Diegem (Machelen).

Le développement de notre business est assuré par une équipe d’informateurs médicaux qui visitent des médecins. Ceux-ci utilisent un système de rapportage et de suivi (outil CRM). Vous serez responsable du bon fonctionnement et du support de cet outil.

Dans le cadre de vos responsabilités, vous serez amené à
- Traiter les demandes quotidiennes en matière de CRM et contrôler la qualité des données présentes dans la base de données.
- Elaborer des rapports et analyses issus de notre outil CRM en direction du département Sales & Marketing
- Fournir un service d'assistance et de support technique de première ligne aux collaborateurs.
- Assurer la formation et le training de nos collaborateurs à nos différents outils informatiques et logiciels.
- Assurer l’installation, la configuration et la maintenance du matériel (iPad, Laptop, Printer,) et des logiciels utilisés par nos collaborateurs.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de notre Headquarter international pour faire évoluer notre outil CRM.

Vous collaborez étroitement avec le FFE Manager qui supervise vos projets.

Vous êtes bilingue pour communiquer en interne en français et en néerlandais (écrit et parlé) et votre connaissance de l’anglais est indispensable pour communiquer avec notre Headquarter.

Vous travaillez de manière précise dans MS Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint), la connaissance de l’environnement Google est un atout.

Vous restez informé dans le domaine de l'informatique afin de maximiser vos connaissances professionnelles et de les appliquer au sein de l'entreprise.

Vous faites preuve d'une forte proactivité, de curiosité, d’autonomie et de dynamisme en cherchant les moyens d'être plus efficace dans l'accomplissement de vos tâches multiples.
