**Growth & Admin Support Officer**

Our dynamic and fast-growing management consulting company is looking for a Growth & Admin Support Officer to boost and accompany our development through a diverse set of internal tasks ranging from Office & Event Management to Human Capital and Commercial Support.

**Objective of your role**:
As a Growth & Admin Support Officer, you will work in a positive environment and play a key role in both the team happiness and company success. Your objective is to support Consultants, Human Capital and Commercial team in performing their job and achieve greater results.

**Responsibilities**:

- The responsibilities of the Growth & Admin Support Officer can be defined around 5 dimensions:_

**Commercial Assistance**
- Assist the commercial team with the preparation, update and signature of contracts with clients and freelancers
- Prepare and issue invoices on a monthly basis - and follow up on clients payments
- Update our team planning when a new project is sold or soft-booked
- Ensure every consultant fills in his/her timesheets in time
- Liaise with the commercial team on a regular basis to ensure an optimal level of service and propose improvements to the way of working
- **Human Capital Support**
- **Event Coordination**
- Support the organization of BrightWolvesoutside events (look for optimal locations, booking hotels, travel,) and join in
- Support the organization of in-house events (invitations, catering, guest lists, )
- **Agenda Management**
- Assist Group Partners with agenda management : organize meetings, book rooms, maintain agenda up to date
- The role could include other internal support tasks on an ad hoc basis_

**Your profile**:

- Preferably >2 years working experience; preferably in a similar role / activities. The role is also open to young graduates with a hands-on mindset and a high drive to go the extra mile
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
- Attention to details and very good organization skills
- Hands on, autonomous, proactive and entrepreneurial mentality
- Demonstrated sense of excellence
