**Your new role**:

As an IT Helpdesk Engineer you will act as first or second line support to the end-users. You will deliver the support to both onsite and remote users in an international environment. Beside the support tasks, you will have to train or coach the users to help them getting the most out of the systems. Moreover, you will manage the user access and ensure the documentation on IT Systems is complete and up to date. You will also identify and purchase the required IT assets in line with the IT business plan and maintain updated asset records. Finally, you will perform administrative tasks to ensure compliance of all the systems and identify areas of improvement to suggest new methods.
**What you will need to succeed**:
- You are fluent in EN, good communication skills in NL/FR is a plus
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You are junior or have a first experience (min 2 years) within a similar function
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 products
- You are eager to work in an industrial environment with a strong International mindset and focus
- You are open-minded and flexible towards different cultures and mentalities
