We’re on the lookout for a talented **IT Support** professional to elevate our technological capabilities.
**De functie**:
**Role Overview**:
As an integral part of our team, you’ll be the backbone of IT support, catering to both internal and external customers while collaborating seamlessly with third-party service providers. Your responsibilities will span from installing and configuring systems to providing expert-level support, ensuring a seamless IT landscape.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the go-to expert for IT knowledge and support for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing in pre-tendering and tendering processes for IT-related products.
- Coordinate technical installations and implementations, including training and testing phases.
- Conduct technical IT commissioning at customer sites.
**Het profiel**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, proactiveness, analytical mindset, and customer orientation.
- Knowledge of MS Office is a must, and familiarity with SAP and Sales Force is a definite advantage.
- Experience with NEN, ISO, and personal safety equipment.
- Proficiency in user hardware and software support.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.
- Genuine interest in the medical sector.
