**Wat ga je doen?**
- Contractadministratie: Voorbereiden en zorgen voor de juistheid van contracten voor zowel klanten als contractors zodra plaatsingen zijn afgerond;
- Beheer van urenstaten: Toezicht houden op de maandelijkse indiening van urenstaten en het online prestatiesysteem onderhouden om tijdige en nauwkeurige gegevensinvoer te garanderen;
- Ondersteuning bij betaling en facturatie: Nauw samenwerken met ons financiële team om accurate en tijdige betalingen voor contractors en facturatie voor klanten te garanderen;
- Contactpersoon voor contractors: Dienen als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor contractors, om vragen met betrekking tot timesheets, contracten en betalingen te beantwoorden;
- Procesverbetering: Mogelijkheden identificeren om de managementprocessen voor contractors te stroomlijnen en de algehele efficiëntie te verbeteren.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels op een zakelijk niveau;
- Ervaring in administratieve of coördinerende functies, idealiter binnen een recruitment of contractor management omgeving;
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen om professioneel om te gaan met zowel contractors als interne teams, zowel schriftelijk als via de telefoon;
- Bekendheid met contractadministratie en urenregistratiesystemen is een pluspunt;
- Basiskennis van financiële processen met betrekking tot facturatie en salarisadministratie.
