Überblick:
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

- You are in close contact with our customers
- You are responsible for providing customer training (both onsite and
remotely)
- You are involved in site and installation planning
- You provide High level Application support, both internally and externally:

- Share your knowledge with our customers for defining and finetuning their study protocol, provide tips and tricks for optimal usage of the CUBES
- Participate in challenging R&D projects
- Provide Sales & Marketing support (e.g. prospect visits, customer
- You like to discover the world
- Via conferences (2-4 / year)
- Via onsite customer training
- Via sales visits (sporadically)
- You are involved in keeping MOLECUBES documentation up to date

Qualifikationen:

- Master or PhD in biomedical sciences, bio-engineering, biomedical
engineering or similar
- Affinity with technology
- Experience with preclinical imaging is an asset
- FELASA-B or C certificate is a plus
- Flexibility, willing to travel up to 30% internationally
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Organized and able to prioritize workload
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
