Supply Chain Manager

As a Procurement Specialist, you will ensure that procurement and external production schedules are established and respected in the short and medium term. You ensure that the forecasted needs and special requests can be met within the expected time and cost. You manage contacts with suppliers and ensure smooth communication with internal departments to establish and update schedules.
Your responsibilities:
- Build, define and monitor raw material supply, procurement and production schedules for finished or semi-finished products.
- Ensure and follow up on orders for supplies required for the production and delivery of Trasis products. The follow-up includes aspects related to deadlines, costs, documentation, invoice control, and dispute management. This requires ongoing communication with suppliers related to supplies (orders, scheduling, non-conformances ) and monitoring their operational capabilities and performance.
- Analyze forecasts and historical data and build medium/long term production and supply plans (inventory, planning, and production capacity), ensure the optimization of flows and inventory levels.
- Lead, analyze and communicate planning requests and changes.
- Identify planning risks and associated mitigation plans.
- Optimize costs related to supply modes.
- Ensure reporting (including performance indicators) and data analysis.
- Update data in the ERP (Stocks, outputs, orders, production order) and in other management / reporting tools.
Your profile:
- Bachelor in supply chain/Logistics, Master in production management or supply chain.
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar function.
- You are fluent in English (C2 min.)
- You are familiar with the technological field.
- You are able to manage projects with agility and rigor.
- You are stress resistant and able to deal with unexpected events
- You are solution oriented with a spirit of initiative.
- You have a spirit of synthesis and analysis
- You are organized and rigorous.
- You are an excellent communicator.
- Experience in project management is an asset.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical (GMP) or medical device (Medical Device) field is an asset.
