Je komt hier terecht in een mensgericht () & motiverende werkomgeving waar alle teams zich inzetten om de beste klantervaring en bezorgservice te bieden. Menselijkheid en duurzaamheid staan hierbij voorop.

Ze zoeken een HUB COORDINATOR (m/v/x) voor hun groeiende site in Willebroek.

De ideale kandidaat staat open voor nachtwerk, heeft ervaring in de transport/logistieke sector of in een vergelijkbare snelle omgeving

**Functie**:
Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Team aansturen en motiverend coachen van, normaliter:

- 20.00 uur ‘s avonds tot 04.00 ‘s morgens
- of van 01.00 ‘s morgens tot 09.00 ‘s morgens
- Aansturen en coördineren van de sorteer-teams.
- Rapporteren aan de Hub Manager
- Losses en schade zo laag mogelijk behouden om aan de hoge klantverwachtingen te voldoen.
- Zorgen voor een positieve samenwerking tussen alle medewerkers.
- Continu werken aan het optimaliseren van productiviteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid.
- Teams op een positieve manier leiden en motiveren.
- Het behouden van een prettige bedrijfscultuur (een prettige en constructieve werksfeer) is belangrijk.
- Wees een doorlopend aanspreekpunt voor uw arbeidskrachten.
- Assisteren van HUB Manager met jaarlijkse functioneringsgesprekken.
- Opvolgen van uitgeschreven procedures.
