Tomorrowland is a globally acclaimed music festival known for its innovation, creativity, and unforgettable experiences. Not only do we attract thousands of festivalgoers from around the world, we also guide thousands of crew members to guarantee the quality of Tomorrowland. Our Operations team is looking for an enthousiastic and independent Crew Coordinator Intern
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will have the unique opportunity to work on several exciting projects concering the crew
- Crew Account Development: Collaborate on the development of the Crew Account, a new platform designed to manage, evaluate, and assign diverse roles to our 10,000+ recruited crew members for various events (Tomorrowland, Tomorrowland Winter, KNTXT, CORE, and more). You will have the chance to make a significant impact on its evolution and delivery.
- Crew Center Enhancement: Be an integral part of the Crew Center, the central hub for all things related to the festival's crew. Assist in expanding the operation and services of this center during the setup, festival, and teardown phases.
- Costume Management: Oversee the procurement and management of new Crew Costumes for our crew members, ensuring they are well-equipped and representing the Tomorrowland brand.
**MUST-HAVES**:
- You’re a student in Communication (management), Event & Project management, Business Managementor any other relevant field of study.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- You’re flexible and prepared to work (very) hard - also outside of regular office hours
- You’re a problem solver, you’re good in time management and you have a strong sense of responsibility
- You’re able to work autonomously and you get things done
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- You’re available for a period of minimum 12 weeks starting from February
