The Operations department is looking for enthusiastic interns: Ticketing & Communication.
Tomorrowland's Operations team focuses on the operational handling of the festival. Ticketing, Crew, Customer Service, Global Journey and communication are some of its core tasks.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As Communication & Customer Service Support, you will be part of the team that is responsible for the website and mailings of all Tomorrowland related events. You help to convey information in a clear way to visitors. You help with the preparation of all festival signing. Additionally, all visitors who have questions about Tomorrowland related events will pass through you. Apart from the festival visitors, you are also responsible for Crew and Hospitality communication. You help people navigate through all information on the website with creating the Frequently Asked Questions.
**MUST-HAVES**:
- You’re a student in Communication (management), Event & Project management, Hospitalityor any other relevant field of study.
- You’re flexible and prepared to work (very) hard - also outside of regular office hours
- You have good computer skills (especially Microsoft Office Excel)
- Spelling and grammar are your strengths, and you have a good knowledge of English and Dutch, any other languages are a surplus
- You’re a problem solver, you’re strong in time management, you have a sense of responsibility, and you can work independently
- You are available for a period of minimum 12 weeks starting from January
