The Operations department is looking for enthusiastic interns: Event Operations.
Tomorrowland's Operations team focuses on the operational handling of the festival. Ticketing, Crew, Customer Service, Global Journey, Communication and Event Operations are some of its core tasks.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will mostly support the Event Operations team in everything regarding Cashless and Signing. For Cashless you manage the different pay terminals and cashless cards and you give support on general overview files and project management. For Signing you follow up with the different stakeholders (creation team, subteams of Operations, printing companies, production, ) and you make sure everything is in a clear overview and all designs/prints are ready before the deadlines.
**MUST-HAVES**:
- You’re a student in Event & Project management or any other relevant field of study.
- You’re flexible and prepared to work (very) hard - also outside of regular office hours
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- You have a good knowledge of English, any other languages are a surplus
- You’re a problem solver, you’re strong in time management, you have a sense of responsibility and you can work independently
- You are available for a period of minimum 12 weeks starting from January or February
