Onze klant, een innovatief familiebedrijf gelegen in de regio van Roeselare, zoekt momenteel een:
**Sustainability Manager**
**Functie**
- Implementeren van de duurzaamheidsstrategie in alle bedrijven binnen de groep.
- Coördineren en betrekken van de de interne stakeholders.
- Zorgen dat alle inspanningen effectief worden geïmplementeerd en gerapporteerd.
- Inspireren en te leiden naar het bereiken van alle duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen.
- Formuleren, implementeren en uitvoeren van groeps
- en bedrijfsspecifieke duurzaamheidsstrategieën.
- Leiden en ondersteunen belangrijke duurzaamheidsprojecten met verschillende afdelingen,.
- Communiceren intern als ambassadeur en werkt samen met marketing voor externe communicatie.
- Uitvoeren duurzaamheidsstrategie en implementeert deze op zowel product
- als procesniveau,
- Beheren educatieve trainingsprogramma's om het bewustzijn en de betrokkenheid binnen het bedrijf te vergroten.
**Profiel**
- Bachelor/Master diploma in een technische richting met een passie voor duurzaamheid.
- Enthousiast om het bedrijf naar de juiste doelen te leiden - samen met een heleboel enthousiaste collega's van verschillende afdelingen
- Minstens 6 jaar werkervaring (hoeft niet in duurzaamheid te zijn) met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Bewezen vermogen om technische informatie te vertalen in duidelijke, bruikbare boodschappen.
- Resultaatgericht met sterke overtuigingskracht en openheid om te leren.
- Goede projectmanagementvaardigheden met een proactieve, zakelijke benadering.
- Goede beheersing van Engels en Nederlands.
