**Wat doe je als Environmental & Sustainability Manager**
- Als sustainability-ambassadeur draag je het beleid inzake corporate sustainability uit, implementeer je dit in de organisatie en volg je de progressie van KPI’s en rapportering op. Jouw focus ligt op constante verbetering binnen het duurzaamheidsplan.
- Je volgt de exploitatievergunning en de energiebeheersovereenkomst op waarbij je voor de administratieve opvolging zorgt betreffende afvalstoffenregister, water
- en energieverbruik.
- Je staat in voor de procesopvolging van de waterzuivering, opvolging van de milieu
- en energie
- dossiers, voert metingen uit, en formuleert en implementeert verbeteringsvoorstellen.
- Je werkt een milieubeleid uit op middellange termijn in lijn met maatschappelijke duurzaamheidsevoluties en innovatieve technieken.
- Je communiceert proactief met directie, technische dienst, operaties en kwaliteitsafdeling.
**Gewenste profiel**
- Je combineert een hogere opleiding zoals Bio-ingenieur of Milieu en/of bent bereid om de opleiding Milieucoördinator niveau A te behalen.
- Basiskennis van milieuwetgeving en werking van waterzuivering is wenselijk.
- Je bent een pragmatische, analytische en resultaatgerichte persoon.
- Je bent leergierig en vindt innoverende oplossingen onder meer door gemakkelijk te connecteren met interne en externe stakeholders.
- Op basis van jouw inzichten en proactieve aanpak weet je op een pragmatische manier zelf zaken in handen te nemen.
- Je bent ondernemend, kan zelf prioriteiten vastleggen, en je gaat hiermee zelfstandig aan de slag.
- Je zin voor initiatief en doorzettingsvermogen stellen je in staat om vernieuwing en verandering uit te dragen doorheen de organisatie.
- Je hebt kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, of bent indien nodig bereid tot bijscholing.
