Communications Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, curious and collaborative Communications Coordinator to join our international Corporate Communications and Brand team The position is permanent and located in Roeselare, Belgium.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of driving Paulig’s corporate brand development in Belgium and employee engagement through impactful and proactive communications.

As a Communications Coordinator you will be a member of Paulig’s international Corporate Communications & Brand team and work closely together with communications colleagues from different countries and Business Areas. In this role, you get to work together with different stakeholders internally and externally and act as a change agent

What you will do:

- Create and publish inspirational and engaging content in local communications channels (in local languages)
- Supporting our local safety team in communications
- Promote employee engagement, foster dialogue and enable Pauligians to work as employee ambassadors
- Support in media relations, issues management and crisis communications in Belgium
- Support in building corporate reputation and employer brand in Belgium
- Coordinating communications activities such as filming, photoshoots and employee events

What we appreciate:

- University degree in communications, marketing, social sciences, business administration or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience within communications or marketing
- Solid experience in communications content creation
- Internal communications and employee engagement communications experience
- Experience of working in an international context
- Project management skills and multi-tasking capability
- A structured and agile way of working with a sharp eye for details
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch, French and English
