**Wat zal je doen?**
- Als recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vinden van de perfecte match tussen kandidaat en interne stakeholder, specifiek voor bediendeprofielen binnen de vastgoedsector. Je luistert en analyseert de behoeften van je interne stakeholder en anticipeert hierop.
- Je werft en selecteert kandidaten (specifiek bediendeprofielen), voert testen uit en stelt gescreende kandidaten voor op openstaande vacatures. Je gaat ook actief op zoek (headhunten) naar de beste match voor het bedrijf. Je draagt als recruiter ook actief bij aan de groei en kwaliteitsverhoging van het bedrijf door spontaan kandidaten voor te stellen.

**Wie ben je?**
Als recruiter herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:
- Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans.
- Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
- Een natuurlijk commercieel talent en ervaring of interesse in het werken met targets.
- De vaardigheid om als recruiter onder druk te presteren zonder in te boeten aan kwaliteit.
- De flexibiliteit om regelmatig ook in een ander kantoor te werken. Mechelen zal je vaste uitvalsbasis zijn
- Ervaring als recruiter.
- Een minimum van een bachelorsdiploma of een gelijkwaardig denk niveau.
- Fulltime beschikbaar.
