This vacancy is a **managerial role** within Sellsior, at a **strategical placed position**. We are seeking both fresh and experienced people with the desire and ability to own and deliver on certain responsibilities. You must have a natural hunger and passion for timing, planning, structure and innovation. All in combination with the desire to work in a tech environment.

**Responsibilities**
- You are **responsible **for setting and communicating sales **targets** and other **KPI’s** for your team, aligned with the overall business objectives of the customer and minimum requirements from Sellsior. Conduct **deal review meetings** with clients and take personal responsibility for the
results of your team;
- You are responsible for **developing sales strategies** that will help your team achieve their sales targets, including identifying target markets, defining sales tactics, and positioning the customer’s company's products or services.
- You will be **managing the team of Sales Consultants**, assist in recruiting, hiring, and training them, setting individual targets, providing feedback and coaching, and motivating team members, together with the Sales Trainer and Recruiter. Proactively notify management of potential future issues (staffing, upcoming end of projects, ).
- Generate the **final delivery of a project** and potential handover (internal vs external).
- You will be personally responsible for **monitoring the performance of your team**, tracking progress towards targets, reporting (internal and external) and taking corrective action if necessary. This can be through deal review meetings or other initiatives.
- You will **forecast revenue and expenses**, allocate resources, and optimize sales operations.
- You must **collaborate with other teams** in the organization, such as marketing, sales, customer support,to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- ** Building **and **maintaining customer relationships**: including identifying and targeting key accounts and addressing customer concerns, defining milestones together and issues.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for their team members and act as a buffer for inquiries directed to their own manager.
- You will be responsible for the **quality assurance and quality control** of your team.
- Meet with your manager to commit on results and give an overview of your running business.
- ** Perform the intake with clients **on the new projects and handle the kick-off meeting and onboarding with consultant, Sellsior Sales and customer on those projects.

**Detailed description and Job Requirements**
Sellsior is expanding at a very fast rate. We start to notice that we are in the need for more structure and planning at a management level. You will work in a young, competitive and motivated environment. Our people make the difference.

For this reason we are opening the position of a team leader that will guide our team of Sales Consultants to better results. Your role will have you collaborating closely with the Sellsior Sales Manager, Recruitment, Sales Trainer and the future Service Delivery Manager (for a handover of the
Temporary tasks).

The goal is to provide both one-to-one and one-to-many support, offer administrative help and report on
results with your management. Your physical presence in the office is required on a full-time basis. Your
team needs to be able to find you without delay.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 6 years of full-time work experience in a commercial work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Accountability, diplomacy, attention to detail and being pro-active.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and stand out in efficiency.
- Be very trustworthy and reliable.
- Fluent in written and spoken Dutch, English and basic understanding of French.
- Proficient with Excel functions (Sum, Subtotal, Vlookup, Graphs, Pivot table, ).
- Proficient with Word functions (Styles, numbering, templates, ).
- Proficient PowerPoint skills (Master slide, templates, importing & linking items, ).
- Good typing skills.
