Release Manager

**Role**: Release Manager
**Location**: Brussels, Belgium

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and communicate annual release calendars, scope, and plans.
- Ensure coherence and readiness of release components, focusing on quality and timeliness.
- Monitor progress and mitigate risks related to releases.
- Enhance delivery flow by improving DevOps and release-on-demand practices.
- Coordinate with Tribe Release Engineers to manage dependencies and handle external communication.
- Facilitate system and solution demos, promoting continuous integration and deployment.
- Act as the first point of contact for questions from outside the Tribe.
- Conduct readiness assessments for Pre-PROD/PROD environments.
- Organize and lead Go-No-Go meetings at the Tribe level.
- Work closely with Squad Release Engineers to share best practices and enhance release processes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in release management, DevOps, and continuous integration/deployment.
- Ability to track and resolve impediments and coordinate across teams.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
