TrendMiner is a leading software development company specializing in industrial analytics. We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Architect to join our product development team. As a Team Architect, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction and ensuring the architectural integrity of our software solutions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including developers, a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and a QA Engineer, to deliver innovative and robust software products.
**Essential Functions**:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation efforts within the product team, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
- Provide senior guidance and mentorship to front-end and back-end developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with the overall technical strategy of the company.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with the QA Engineer to establish testing strategies, including test automation and validation processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a software architect or technical lead in a Scrum/Agile environment. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with database technologies, particularly Postgres. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools, preferably GitHub.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud native development, preferably on AWS. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully leading technical initiatives and driving results.
