Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Project Operations Manager om samen met het team indrukwekkende heavy lifting projecten op een kwaliteitsvolle en veilige manier uit te werken en uit te voeren.
- Jouw toekomstig takenpakket als Project Operations Manager in bullets: _

**Fungeren als leidinggevende voor het project team**: project engineers, site supervisors, project managers en een tekenaar.
- Behouden van een helikopterview over de diverse projecten en het bewaken van de continuïteit.
- Aansturen van het team: verdelen van de projecten en taken, beantwoorden van vragen...
- Motiveren en coachen van de teamleden.

**Uitwerken en uitvoeren van complexe technische projecten als senior Project Manager**:

- Technisch en operationeel voorbereiden van het project (volgens de Sarens Project Management methodologie en de SHEQ-normen).
- Projectopvolging in termen van operationele vooruitgang, ‘budget - scope - timing’
- Superviseren van de operationele activiteiten, met oog voor de veiligheid en de kwaliteit.
- Aansturen, motiveren en coachen van het project team on site.
- Contractmanagement
- Financiële opvolging van het project en bijhorende administratie.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Depot Manager en werk je nauw samen met alle collega’s binnen Sarens BE Projects.

**Profiel**

Wij zijn op zoek naar een **technische professional** die zich graag **vastbijt** in nieuwe projecten en **niet loslaat** tot het project met succes is gerealiseerd. Je bent een **geboren organisator** die de juiste **prioriteiten** stelt. Wanneer acties vereist zijn, **schakel** je **snel** met een **oplossingsgerichte** ingesteldheid en **communiceer** je steeds **duidelijk** en **gestructureerd** naar jouw team. Je bent **klantgericht**, **kostenbewust** én beschikt over een **sterk strategisch en analytisch inzicht**. Jij bent een **people manager** die mensen naar een hoger niveau weet te brengen en die van individuen een geolied team weet te maken.
- De profielvereisten_
- **Bachelor**/**Master** in een technische richting (bv. industriële wetenschappen, bouwkunde ).
- >4 jaar ervaring* als Project Manager in een technische projectomgeving (idealiter heavy lifting sector).
- Zeer goede kennis van het **Nederlands** en het **Engels**, goede kennis van het **Frans** (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
- **Flexibele** ingesteldheid naar taken, werkuren en locaties (België).
