**Function**:
Are you looking for a responsible position in a fast-paced environment? Join NLMK, a world leader in steel production, as a Production Manager. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the transformation of our industry by optimizing our production processes and ensuring the safety and performance of our teams. You will report directly to the Hot Train Manager and manage the activities of a perimeter that includes about 100 employees. Together, let's shape the future of steel.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Ensure safety within the production perimeter
- Ensure compliance with the decision-making process and the continuous improvement of production
- Ensure the consistency of information systems and procedures
- Reinforce the performance of the production teams
- Create synergies between the production and maintenance teams to achieve production objectives while respecting safety
- Motivate and align teams on design and procedure compliance
**Profile**:
**Required Skills**:
- Degree with a technical orientation related to the position
- Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing processes
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Management and leadership skills
- Ability to react effectively to unexpected events
- Ability to make decisions in a complex and sustained environment
- Budget management
