Quality Assistant

**Description**:
The Quality Assistant works with the Quality Manager to maintain and establish procedures and quality standards and to monitor these ones against the company quality policy and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Quality Manager to maintain the QMS procedures and related documents;
- Ensure the management and improvement of the QMS key processes (Nonconformities, CAPA, complains, internal audits, KPIs and data analysis, risk management, change control,...);
- Ensure the follow up of the equipment and the infrastructure qualification;
- Assist the Product Development specialist with the document management during the product design process;
- Review the batch records and participate to the batch release.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Bachelor or master degree in a scientific field;
- Knowledge of international standards applicable to IVD (ISO13485:2016, IVDR ) is an asset;
- Basic experience in quality management systems;
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Problem solving and customer oriented;
- Great communication skills;
- Fluent in English and French.
