**Missions**

Rattaché au pôle CX Tech Expert, vous optimisez l’expérience utilisateur sur l’ensemble des produits numériques du Groupe Rossel.

**Responsabilités**
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe CX pour concevoir des expériences utilisateur convaincantes et intuitives pour nos produits et services médias.
- Créer des prototypes, des maquettes et des wireframes en utilisant Figma et d’autres outils de conception pour aider à la communication de l’expérience utilisateur.
- Collaborer avec les développeurs front-end pour traduire les conceptions en code HTML, CSS et JavaScript (notions requises).
- Effectuer des tests utilisateurs pour obtenir des commentaires et des insights sur l’expérience utilisateur, et apporter des améliorations en conséquence.
- Planifier et exécuter des tests d’AB pour mesurer l’impact de diverses versions de l’interface utilisateur sur l’expérience utilisateur et optimiser les conversions.
- Etudier et analyser les comportements des utilisateurs pour leur garantir la meilleure expérience.
- Mesurer l’efficacité des améliorations apportées.
- Organiser et animer des ateliers d’idéation avec les parties prenantes au projet.
- Répondre aux sollicitations des équipes Recette et Support pour la résolution d’anomalies design
- S’adapter aux guidelines IOS et Android et l’évolution de leurs interfaces.

- Aisance relationnelle & écoute, capacité de communication
- Capable de travailler en équipe de manière transversale
- Passionné par le design d’interface et la création de user workflow
- Rigoureux, organisé et méthodique
- Capacité à comprendre les enjeux d’un groupe média et de la particularité de ce secteur

**Compétences techniques**
- Maîtrise des outils orientés UX comme Figma ou Sketch
- Maîtrise de logiciels de conception web, comme la suite Adobe : XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Bonne connaissance des langages web : HTML, XHTML, CSS et connaissance des CMS
