Based in Ghent, Belgium (other locations will be considered), the Senior Vice President of Growth Operations will operate with high integrity, influence, and a results driven mindset. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic projects end-to-end focused on results and outcomes.

As an experienced leader, you have excellent growth instincts, process operations, solution orientation, and program management skills to manage complex projects that balance multiple priorities across a dynamic and fast growing environment & team. You will lead and influence a team of multidisciplinary professionals to drive strategic outcomes and deliver strategic programs.

**About our team**:
Our Senior Vice President of Growth Operations is a strong strategic and operational voice in the organisation, working in close collaboration with our Executive Team to maximise our profitable revenue growth and scale to $100M+ ARR in the next 12 months. He or she will be a global team builder, a silo breaker, a data geek and an expert in scaling operational teams and processes. The role is about culture & values, about setting standards, about serving while leading.

**Where you will have impact**:
As Senior Vice President of Growth Operations, you report directly to the CEO and are a core part of a highly collaborative Executive Team with a proven track record.
- Partner with other members of the Executive Team to execute the current company strategic plan, and develop future plans
- Contribute to M&A strategy to identify and potentially acquire suitable assets
- P&L & leadership responsibility for acquired business, including gradual integration of operational processes & systems
- Analysing internal operations and identifying areas for continuous improvement while building a highly scalable SaaS business
- Manage strategic business planning activities including offsites, leadership team meetings and agenda, including follow through, action tracking, and related communications
- Lead and provide program management oversight to strategic internal projects
- Lead our Data, Insights and Systems teams to ensure efficient scaling of our core systems & operational processes
- Lead our Revenue Services Strategy team (Managed Service) in support of expanding our SaaS product expansion strategy
- Spearhead the planning, development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
- Fill management gaps by developing and mentoring individuals, ideally from within
- Active participant on the Lighthouse Executive Team & Management Team

**What we welcome**:

- Master Degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- 3+ years’ ‘hands on’ experience working as a COO or Senior Operational Executive in a fast growth SaaS company
- 5+ years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, and program operations, and / or other relevant fields
- 5+ years’ experience in P&L management, handling budgets & financials and program operations, working within a SaaS businesses
- Demonstrated commitment to a hands-on leadership style, actively engaging in day-to-day operations and showing a willingness to delve into details when necessary
- Proven ability to lead by example, with a track record of rolling up sleeves to ensure a deep understanding of operational intricacies
- Strong analytical skills combined with a keen attention to detail, allowing for quick but informed decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.
- Must be results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information
- Proven ability to translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- A collaborative leadership approach that fosters open communication and teamwork at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, other languages are a plus
- Ability to inspire, delegate & influence effectively
