**Over de job**
Als Sales Representative bij BESTSELLER ben jij de spilfiguur in de verkoop van één van onze merken. Welk merk, dat beslissen we samen afhankelijk van jouw interesses, persoonlijke stijl alsook de noden van het merk. Wij zijn namelijk niet van de one-size-fits-all mentaliteit
**Hoe ga jij je job als Sales Rep ownen?**
Met je klantenlijst in de hand neemt een ervaren collega je tijdens je opstart op sleeptouw. Al snel heb je een goed gevoel van wat je klanten kunnen gebruiken voor hun assortiment en help je hen kiezen uit onze mooie collecties. De slimme selecties die jullie samen maken, vliegen de deur uit. Et voilà, weer een target gehaald
Op kantoor zitten je collega's en Team Leader klaar om je te ondersteunen, zonder dat ze heel de tijd over je schouders meekijken. Je beheert je agenda: maandag op klantenbezoek en dinsdag een nieuwe collega de kneepjes van het vak leren? Plan maar in Die trip naar Denemarken volgende week voor de nieuwe collectie is wel een must, maar heerlijk, toch?
Jouw stijl? Samen met collega's en klanten de beste resultaten behalen. Jouw outfit? De nieuwste kleding van je merk, die naadloos bij je stijl past omdat we je natuurlijk niet voor niets daar hebben gezet. Jouw beloning? Collega's die jarenlang blijven en klanten die huilen als je van regio verandert, omdat ze zo graag met je samenwerken (ja, dat gebeurt).
**Profil**:
**Wat je zeker nodig hebt om deze job helemaal te ownen**:
- Passie. Voor sales, onze merken en fashion geven je de boost om je targets te behalen.
- Taalskills. Les bonnes relations commencent par une communication fluide. Par conséquent, vous devez être capable de bien parler l'anglais, le français et le néerlandais.
- People skills. Om sterke connecties op te bouwen met klanten, collega's, partners en leveranciers.
- Toewijding. Je leeft volgens de modeseizoenen en speelt naadloos in op de noden van je klanten. Daarom zijn fulltime werken en flexibiliteit om op geregelde tijdstippen naar Denemarken te reizen voor deze job een must.
- Zelfstandigheid. Om je budget te beheren en planning op te maken, maar ook om je stempel te drukken en initiatief te nemen.
- Teamspirit. Successen vieren we samen, bonussen verdienen we samen en zonder elkaar zijn we niets bij BESTSELLER. Dat is onze stijl en daar voel jij je ook het beste bij
