For one of our customers located in Brussels, we are looking for a HR Project Expert Freelance
- Start date : 19/04/23
- Min. 5 months
- 3 to 4 days a week
- 2 days homework possible
- English - (Dutch/French)
**Description**:
**What's the challenge?**
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Act as PM Expert an implementation project and change management activities
- Identify and maintain key stakeholder relationships to ensure a constructive approach towards all stakeholders involved.
- Analyze scope and needs, while keeping a challenging mindset.
The scope:
**Implement a tool to further support their onboarding journey.**
**Requirements**:
**Who are you?**
- You have excellent project management skills, preferably in the HR-onboarding domain.
- You have a good understanding of change management within the context of tool implementation and/or onboarding
- You have affinity and understanding of HR tools.
- You have affinity and experience within learning/onboarding/development.
- You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of Dutch and French
