**_As Freight Forwarder you will be working in our Road department, specialized in road transport._**

Your duties will include:

- Collecting data on transport orders
- Entering transport orders into the company's own system
- Planning of trips
- Subcontracting transport assignments to subcontractors
- Confirming assignments to the client
- Allocation of transport assignments to drivers, depending on the priorities and available resources
- Deploying resources that have not yet been assigned to a task
- Follow up the order, both during and after execution
- Intervening if there is a risk of assignments being carried out incorrectly
- Requesting the necessary equipment
- Filling in the necessary documents to make the execution of the trip planning possible

- You have a good knowledge of English and German
