**BPM Project Manager**
- The BPM Tool implementation is an important pre-requisites for the NMBS SAP Transformation program. Therefore, we are looking PER IMMEDIATE for a highly experienced BPM Project Manager to manage the implementation of a newly chosen BPM Tool (e.g. ARIS, Signavio, Industry Print, Mega,..) containing the following elements:
- Define the standards of use and the governance of the configuration of the new NMBS BPM platform in cooperation with the SAP transformation program and with the Business Process Owners in the different directorates.
- Include information on the BPM tool use in the RFP documents and selection for the SI partners of the SAP transformation program.
- Merge the existing Process Definitions from all directorates into the newly established (SAP- based) Business Process Framework as a basis for further detailing the L4 and L5 business processes (in the SAP Transformation program), and extend the BPF with the non-SAP-based processes.
- Implement the guidelines and detailed work instructions (with governance) into all NMBS directorates and all the users of the BPM tool (Process Owners, Key Users, Data Analysist, IT consultants and external partners,..).
- Main and critical requirement: several project life cycles with implementation of a BPM tool (like Aris, Signavio, Industry Print) for business process modelling and data mining from SAP and non-SAP solutions - working with primarily business process owners, business analysts, and IT functional and technical teams (Solution Mgr) in a complex business environment.

- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) are considered an asset
- Can facilitate Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources to structure & make progress.
- Possesses the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiences.
- PM² and/or PMBOK knowledge are preferred.
- Prince2, PMP knowledge/ qualifications are an asset;
- Must have’s:
- ITIL Certification and a Project Methodology Certification are a MUST.
- Proficient in Dutch, French and English.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Belgium.
- Critical Personality Requirements
- Highly efficient and communicative, find win-win opportunities, and use negotiation talent with passion for business results. Coach your (business and IT) project members, advise on solutions, organise and structure activities, deal with complaints. Report concisely progress or escalations, anticipate and adapt to new situations, and manage conflicts (scope, budget, people).
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English as you will be a frontman in meetings with users that are not always bilingual, and will work through technical staff.
- IT Project members are usually 2-3 days/week onsite in The Rails building (near Brussels Midi), while business representatives are 3-5 days/week onsite. Project meetings occur in several different buildings in Brussels, hence hybrid work regime (onsite & remote) must be mastered in prior missions.
- Key responsibilities
- Leads project delivery from beginning to end;
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard;
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;
- Ensure that project meets it’s deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
- Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
- Liaise with client (SNCB/MNBS) and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;
- Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks,
- Be a key member of the SAP Transversal Services delivery team
