Main Responsibilities:

- Create new business; partly in existing framework contracts with our clients;
- Screen and analyse incoming CV’s from applicants;
- Conduct interviews, face to face and / or by phone, Teams, etc.
- Follow up the recruitment process;
- Negotiate salary and daily rates;
- Send proposals to our clients and follow up the recruitment and on-boarding process;
- Manage your portfolio of clients and consultants.

**Requirements**:

- You understand the staffing / recruitment market and you have experience in this sector as a recruiter or a business developer / account manager, preferably in IT;
- You have a sound business acumen to make quick decisions;
- You are able to work on multiple requests at the same time, with tight deadlines;
- You are able to prioritize tasks and shift between tasks quickly when needed;
- You are a self-starter and take initiative to reach common goals;
- English and French speaking. Dutch is an added value;
- You fit in our ambitious, driven professional services team.
