Headlight is a startup in Sales Recruitment specifically working with tech scale ups. Since our start 5 years ago we have become the go-to recruitment partner of 100+ tech entrepreneurs.

We believe in a centered approach in sales where marketing is a spearpoint and we have to use the power of thought leadership to match all our partners to an untapped market.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Are you looking for a challenge that will boost your career?
Within Headlight, a startup of 5 people, you will be our expert in marketing. This means that you will determine the marketing strategy and the marketing budget, in consultation with the business owners.

Prepare yourself, you will:

- Make up digital marketing-plans with a well-thought strategy that you will put into practice
- Be responsible for reaching our (untapped) network of tech sales professional and tech entrepreneurs through outbound and inbound campaigns
- Set up/ manage tools meant for growth hacking (Mailchimp, phantombuster,)
- Be our content creator to increase our online visibilityLinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website etc.

Video content, white-papers, blogs, posts, webinars, interviews etc.
- Turn data into insights, and provide analyses and recommendations through web analytics & digital business intelligence using the advertising channels and analytical platforms
- Be in contact with external parties related to marketing: copywriters, web agencies, video creators etc.

**DO YOU FIT IN?**

- You know the digital marketing landscape. You have at least 2-3 years of experience in online marketing
- You have a great eye for detail
- You’re flexible in the way of working and you can re-prioritize quickly
- You have some commercial sense (you understand the customer’s way of thinking)
- You’re a team player and avid communicator (you don’t like to sit quietly in your corner)
- Excellent people skills (read: you’re fun to have in the team)
- You are entrepreneurial, assertive & have no fear to make mistakes
- You think in terms of solutions, never in terms of problems
