**Votre contribution, vos missions**:
Vous rejoignez l’équipe Procurement existante et vous assurez la gestion des contrats en phase d'exécution des marchés publics, principalement dans le domaine des fournitures et services informatiques.
En tant que Contract Management Advisor, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:
- la maîtrise des fournisseurs et du contenu des contrats,
- le renouvellement des licences, des maintenances, des supports, de la consultance, des formations, etc.,
- la gestion des marchés subséquents dans le respect de la législation en vigueur, des documents de marché et des délais imposés,
- l’analyse de l'indexation des offres,
- la négociation des offres lorsque le cahier des charges le permet,
- l’accompagnement des project managers et autres collaborateurs impliqués,
- le rôle de conseil et de support,
- la gestion relationnelle et suivi contextuel des fournisseurs,
- le monitoring au fil de l'eau et anticipation des obstacles,
- l’analyse des données issues de la gestion des contrats, et le reporting contextuel.
**Vous, notre futur.e collègue**:
- disposez d’un diplôme à orientation commerciale, administrative ou technique,
- avez une expérience antérieure de 5 ans dans une fonction similaire,
- maîtrisez les outils bureautiques Microsoft 365,
- possédez des connaissances générales des modèles de licensing software, des conditions contractuelles des services et fournitures IT,
- avez des connaissances de base de la législation sur les marchés publics, la connaissance du contexte institutionnel bruxellois est un atout,
- avez au minimum un niveau intermédiaire en néerlandais; une connaissance mínimale de l’anglais est un atout supplémentaire,
- possédez une très bonne capacité de négociation
- êtes rigoureux, structuré, méthodique et persévérant
- avez un esprit d'initiative et soucieux d'amélioration constante
- êtes polyvalent, et capable de mener plusieurs dossiers de front
