Here's your chance to take the fast track to start your career in Digital Marketing as we are looking for an Assistant trainee for our Communication and Marketing Services.

**Your Responsibilities**
Personalized Consumer Experience
- Stakeholder management: communicate with and brief external and internal agencies on mailings or banner creation.
- Proofreading & translations of mailings.
- Update the CRM dashboard, analyze performances and make recommendations
- You will learn to work with different tools (SalesForce Marketing Cloud, PowerBI, Excel, etc.)
Website management
- Assist in managing our multi-brand website, MadeWithNestlé.be (content planning and updating through our CMS)
- Ensure coordination with the Web agency and the internal stakeholders (project team, IT and Brands)
- Test the website and report the potential bugs
- Follow-up the content agency and the Brands to get the right content on time
- Proofread and handle the content translation (FR/NL) with our translation agency
- Become a certified digital expert through our Digital Academy
**What will make you successful**
- You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
- You are a junior professional with hands-on approach, eager to get a first working experience in an eBusiness environment, Startup mindset
- Flexible and autonomous
- Digital and FMCG - interested
- Project Management skills
- Strong social skills, daring to challenge others with an open and commercial mindset
- Multitasks and see things in perspective
