**Financiën**
***en de **Algemene Administratie van de Fiscaliteit **(AAFisc).
Als HR business correspondent heb je een heel divers takenpakket. Je krijgt de nodige training on the job door je collega's om je klaar te stomen voor volgende taken:
- Je capteert de personeelsnoden en zorgt ervoor dat deze in het personeelsplan worden opgenomen. Je staat bovendien in voor de uitvoering van dit personeelsplan: je start wervingen op, opent interne mobiliteiten, lanceert promoties en overgangsprocedures.
- Je adviseert leidinggevenden bij moeilijkere personeelsdossiers zoals bijvoorbeeld voor cumul en belangenconflict, evaluatiecycli, lopende of op te starten tuchtprocedures,
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de lopende HR-projecten worden uitgerold bij jouw klant. Dit kan gaan over oa. verbetervoorstellen formuleren en uitrollen met het oog op de tevredenheidsenquête, uitrollen van nieuwe functiebeschrijvingen en het beschrijven van de technische competenties.
- Je zit op regelmatige basis samen met je klant en blijft zo op de hoogte van de huidige en toekomstige uitdagingen op HR-vlak. Je adviseert en neemt de nodige stappen om deze uitdagingen het hoofd te kunnen bieden: je creëert bvb. loopbaantrajecten, je stuurt evaluatiedoelstellingen bij,
Naast je taken als business correspondent geef je zelf vorm aan lopende HR-projecten. Je analyseert de situatie, stelt een plan van aanpak op en coördineert de nodige acties.

Overeenkomstig het neutraliteitsbeginsel van overheidsinstanties en de door de FOD Financiën uitgedragen waarden van transparantie en onafhankelijkheid, is het verboden om uiterlijke tekenen te dragen van gelijk welke ideologische, politieke of religieuze overtuiging of affiliatie. De FOD Financiën staat dit enkel toe aan personeelsleden die niet rechtstreeks in contact komen met het publiek (KB 02/10/1937 houdende het statuut van het Rijkspersoneel - artikel 8, paragraaf 1). Bijgevolg mogen de personeelsleden die rechtstreeks in contact komen met het publiek bij de FOD Financiën geen uiterlijke tekenen dragen van gelijk welke ideologische, politieke of religieuze overtuiging of affiliatie, want dit zou kunnen resulteren in een ondermijning van het vertrouwen van het publiek in de volledige neutraliteit van de overheid en in de onpartijdigheid van de FOD Financiën. Onder publiek wordt verstaan de burgers waarmee in contact gekomen wordt.

Er is **1 vacante plaats **in **Brussel **binnen de dienst **Business Partner **(BuPa) **Fiscaliteit **van de Algemene Administratie van de Fiscaliteit van de FOD Financiën.
Hier worden verschillende HR-activiteiten zoals personeelsplanning, personeelsontwikkeling, organisatieontwikkeling en verschillende projecten gecoördineerd. De dienst staat ook in voor het implementeren van HR-systemen en -processen binnen AAFISC, net als het geven van strategisch advies over alle HR-domeinen aan de directie en het lijnmanagement van AAFISC om hen zo te ondersteunen bij de realisatie van de doelstellingen op HR-vlak.
De dienst **BuPa Fiscaliteit **is één van de centrale diensten van de Algemene Administratie van de Fiscaliteit in Brussel. Je zal werken in het North Galaxy gebouw vlakbij het Brussel Noordstation.
