Our client is a fast growing company active in the **medical device sector**.

As **Finance Manager **you will be **responsible** for:
**Financial Management**
- Managing and driving the budget and forecasting process for the retail and wholesale entity;
- Monitoring and improving NWC, taxation, regulatory reporting and the enhancement of policies and procedures;
- Statutory accounting (BEGAAP & IFRS) and contact to auditors;
- Monthly reporting and analysis to the headquarter (SAP Business Planning and Consolidation);
- Evaluating and tracking the financial and business performance of the company;
- Accounts receivables for wholesale : collection letters and contact with wholesale customers, sparring with account managers;
- Close collaboration with Shared Service Center in Poland (AP/AR/GL processes for wholesale entity);
- Leading and managing the Finance team of currently 2 FTE (Senior Accountant and Controller);
- Leading managing service desk team 1FTE (under review);
**Performance Management**
- Drive the performance of the shops by follow-up of KPI's and dashboard;
- Sparring and cooperation with the Commercial Managers and Controller on identifying performance issues and opportunities for performance improvement (Monthly Ops meeting);
- Initiate cost savings initiatives;
- ROI calculations;
**Property management**
- Ensure settlement of bank guarantees and payments to the landlords with help of external tool;
- Ensure monthly update of lease contracts (building/cars) to generate IFRS postings;
**Service Desk (under review)**
- Ensure, together with the Lead of Process & Service Desk, an optimum service to the retail network;
- Ensure that all requests from the Service Desk are dealt quickly and efficiently;
- Analyze requests on the basis of available reports and make suggestions for improvement;
- Follow-up of insurance files;
- Develop new processes at the request of various departments;
**Legal**
- Reviewing and evaluating legal agreements with authorities, supply contracts, reimbursement systems, intercompany agreements;
- Close collaboration with legal office in Denmark and external partner in Belgium;
**Transformation management**
- Managing future acquisitions in cooperation with the GM and lead the respective integrations.

The required **profile** for the **Finance Manager **position:
**Essentials**
- Master of Finance or Business Degree on Masters level preferred;
- Minimum of 10 years relevant senior Finance and Accounting experience, preferably from a medium to large global or multinational Retail environment;
- Preferably working experience in BI, Navision and Microsoft AX;
- Excellent leadership and team mentoring abilities and the desire to drive change and improve systems, processes and controls;

- Experience in acquisitions, due diligence and integration;
- Knowledge of IFRS.
