We are currently hiring an enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, playing a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

**Job Description**:

- Welcome guests at the reception with a smile and a warm, professional attitude
- Check-in and check-out guests, catering to their specific needs and requests
- Provide information to guests about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Handle any complaints or issues with tact and professionalism
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus, but not required
