We groeien voortdurend en daarom zijn we op zoek naar een **IT** **Recruiter** om ons **Acolad Digital **team te versterken.
**Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?**
Als IT Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **recruitment process **van A tot Z**. De **kandidatenmarkt speur je af** via job boards, social networks en andere kanalen, maar je gaat ook creatief te werk. Je houdt de vinger aan de pols in je **netwerk** en je schakelt snel bij nieuwe mogelijkheden. Wervende vacatures stel je zelf op en voor veelbelovende kandidaten ben jij het aanspreekpunt. Je **interviewt kandidaten** en brengt hun kennis, motivatie en competenties in kaart. Nieuwe trends in recruitment ontsnappen niet gauw aan je aandacht. Sterker nog: je gaat er zelf mee aan de slag en je neemt actief deel aan verschillende **recruitment projecten** (Jobbeurzen, ). Je krijgt bij ons echt de kans om je **functie naar eigen wens in te delen**
Natuurlijk gaan we je hierin begeleiden, je maakt deel uit van een internationaal team en je werft dan ook mensen over de landgrenzen heen

Om de functie van **IT **Recruiter** goed uit te kunnen voeren, is het belangrijk dat:
- Je hebt mínimaal een **bachelors**diploma** en mínimaal **1 jaar** werkervaring als recruiter;
- Je haalt energie uit het **vinden en overtuigen **van de **juiste match**;
- Je bent een **sterke communicator**;
- Je werkt graag **resultaatgericht**;
- Je communiceert gemakkelijk in het **Nederlands** en **Engels**.
